About Gunfire Hero Leaderboard Issue 4
After receiving from the community that there were cheaters on the leaderboard, we took action. This action, however, cannot be taken immediately, and caution must be taken while working with suspected cheaters. That is why we are announcing thing today.
Despite this, we found that several people were trying to illegally gain higher rankings on the leaderboard by using specific errors.
Therefore, we still apply the same solution as before:
š Temporarily hide your ranking on the Gunfire Hero Leaderboard. Your personal ranking will be Rank 99999
š Your achievements from Season 1 are still intact.
š Temporarily disable you from withdrawal activities for 7 days.
To resolve the status above, there are several actions you can take and submit to us:
āļø You must go up more than one floor from where you are now. For example, floor 29/Room 5, must reach floor 30/Room 20. This entire playing process must be recorded and submitted to the Step Hero Multiverse team via email: contact@stephero.io
āļø Your ranking will be restored if we are able to determine that you did not engage in any cheating behavior after receiving your video(s) above.Your withdrawal features will also be reactivated 7 days after they were disabled.
āļø We will combine this video(s) with the data generated and respond to you through email: contact@stephero.io in 3-5 days.
